The space
The house has two floors:
Ground floor has 1 bedroom, 1 living area (with sofa cum bed), 2 bathroom, 1 kitchen with dining tables and beautiful garden.
Terrace floor has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and terrace patio space.
On the backyard we have an indoor games section Table tennis, badminton space, and camp ground!
Outdoor games but can be played indoor cricket space and table tennis, badminton, 1 cycle is available.
Indoor games like carrom board, cards, chess, uno cards etc are available. Currently we have one camping sleep bag and one hammock to enjoy the beautiful outside views and also a safe space.
We have a caretaker (living in his separate cottage behind) who will be available for help throughout your stay, and help with setting up the bonfire/ BBQ/ tents.

We don't provide food service. You may either: Cook your own food in our fully equipped kitchen

Dine-in or order food from restaurants in nearby town Tumkur and Gubbi.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped for Indian cooking such as full size fridge +freezer, gas stove, microwave, rice cooker, mixer grinder, vessels (pans/kadais/ cookers), knifes, plates, spoons, glasses are available.
Basics like Salt, pepper, sugar, cooking oil, Indian masala box with powders like red chill powder, turmeric and spices powder will be available.
You will need to bring your own groceries to cook.
Restaurants:
The road to "Tumkur town is good (30min/13km away) and phone numbers and directions to restaurants are available in villa.
Restaurants are open 8am-10pm.

Villa has hot water geysers, drinking water, fan, and UPS for power back-up. Fresh bedsheets, blankets, towels and soap will be provided.
Guest access
Our caretaker will provide keys to the cottage once you arrive. He will be available throughout your stay for any assistance.
Other things to note
- You may come as a family of 4 upto 6 this property will be exclusively for your group only (No other group will be sharing this stay/ space with you). Only caretaker will be available and living in his own house behind the villa. Us (hosts)- we live in Bangalore city and will be available by phone/ text through-out your stay.
- Pricing: Upto 5 guests is fixed base price. Additional Rs 500 per guest is charged beyond 5 guests. Please input your desired dates and number of guests to know exact final pricing.
- Final cost is inclusive of everything- cottage, bonfire, BBQ, tents, games, use of full kitchen. Only additional optional costs you may incur during your stay: packaged drinking water, nominal service charge for grocery/ food pick-up by caretaker from nearby town.
- Check-in time is 12pm (afternoon) and check-out is next day 12pm(afternoon).
- We can provide early check-in, depending on Villa availability.
- If you are unsure of the exact number of people in your group during booking- please enter and book for the current confirmed guests in your group. Any additional guest cost can be paid during arrival/ check-in.
- If your group is more than 6 ppl, please message/ contact us.
- You will have to bring your own alcohol and music should be medium volume and no high volume as it is a village and neighbour will be disturbed.
- Network: All networks work here for calls. Jio has best internet speed here for your work related Zoom/ Video calls.
- We have a separate cottage room with bathroom for accommodating your own cooks/ car drivers, if required.
- We follow full COVID precautions to ensure your safe stay: house is fully sanitized after every guest visit, fresh towels and linen is provided for every guest, our caretaker is vaccinated and uses gloves and masks, hand sanitizer provided inside cottage, no other group is sharing this stay with you, fully contactless stay.
